Prayer for the soul to rest in peace

Dear Father, in the name of Jesus Christ I declare that You are my God. You have given me life and peace. My protection comes from You Lord. If I keep my mind on You, I will rest secure and be at peace, even in troubling times. Your power will guard my heart and my mind. As Your word declares that You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind. Lord I pray that this inner peace would rest upon me right now!

Dear Father, in the name of Jesus Christ I declare that You are my God.

  • Dear Father, in the name of Jesus Christ I declare that You are my God.
  • You are the creator of heaven and earth, and all things visible and invisible. In Your glory, you made all things to be what they are today. Because of this, I know that nothing can separate me from Your love because it is stronger than any force on earth or in heaven (Romans 8:38-39).
  • You are my provider for every need that I have because You have already provided it ahead of time—before I even needed it! Therefore, there is no need for anxiety about anything at any time or under any circumstance because You already know what will happen before it happens (Philippians 4:6). Thank you for providing me with everything that I need in life including food clothing shelter transportation medicine education entertainment etc…

You have given me life and peace.

My God, You are the source of life. You are the Source of Peace. You have given me life, and I thank you for that gift. I have come to understand that Jesus Christ is our peace (Eph 2:14). He is the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:5). In him we can find rest for our souls because our sins have been forgiven by God through His Son’s sacrifice on Calvary’s cross (1 John 1:7-9).

We should remember that when someone dies, their soul leaves this world to be with God in heaven forevermore. We pray for those who have died so as to give them rest from their earthly labors here below; however, we also pray for their souls because we know that they will receive eternal rest in heaven one day soon under God’s mercy and grace through Christ’s blood shed on Calvary’s cross at Calvary Hill many years ago now..

My protection comes from You Lord.

  • God is the one who gives life and only He can take it away.
  • God can protect us from our enemies.
  • God can protect us from ourselves.
  • God can protect us from the world (the devil).

If I keep my mind on You, I will rest secure and be at peace, even in troubling times.

If I keep my mind on You, I will rest secure and be at peace, even in troubling times.

I know that You are the only One who can calm my troubled heart and give me peace of mind. When my thoughts are occupied with other things, I tend to worry about things that may never happen or get upset over something that is not within my control. But if I focus all of my attention on You—and not the things of this world—I will feel serene and confident because I know Your presence is with me always. Help me keep a joyful attitude all day long!

All right, now here’s something fun: think back to when you were a kid and had some really cool toys or games… Remember how much fun it was when you first got them? Now think about what happened after awhile… It got old! New toys came along, but instead of playing with those new ones all the time (as we normally would have), we continued playing with our old toys from before because they were familiar to us. They weren’t shiny anymore; they didn’t have batteries anymore…. The point is this: just like those toys eventually became boring once again because familiarity breeds contempt so does life itself become a little less exciting after awhile too if we don’t keep ourselves entertained somehow by getting out into nature for instance or taking up hobbies such as photography which allows us to explore other aspects of life besides just work/school related tasks.”

Your power will guard my heart and my mind.

Your power will guard my heart and my mind. You have given me life, and peace. Your protection comes from You Lord.

As Your word declares that You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind.

““As Your word declares that You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind.“

“`

The spirit of fear is not from God, but rather it is from the devil. It’s purpose is to distract us from living in the presence of God or turning our focus on things that are important for us to be doing instead of focusing on what we need to be doing (a good example would be trying to worry about something or someone who is no longer around). “`But we are confident that God does hear our prayers as long as they are based off His word (the Bible) and His will for your life. And even though it may seem like no one else cares about you at this moment or even cares enough to pray with you, this doesn’t mean that there isn’t someone out there who’s praying with you right now! Even though people may not always recognize what they’re doing when they’re praying for someone else, I can assure you that God sees every good work done by his children on earth here below all day everyday!“`

Lord I pray that this inner peace would rest upon me right now!

Dear God, I pray that you would give me peace.

I know that my soul is restless, and so I ask You to help me find rest in this world.

Help me to remember that You are with me, even when I am alone.

I pray for the strength and courage to live my life according to Your will.

Help me not worry about what others say or think of me, but instead give them an opportunity to hear Your truth through my words and actions.

Give us all a heart of understanding so we may understand each other better than before; give us wisdom as well so we may learn from our mistakes and become better people because of them!

In these times of troubles, we need to lift up the soul to God.

In these times of troubles, we need to lift up the soul to God.

In these times of troubles, we need to lift up the soul to God.

In these times of troubles, we need to lift up the soul to God. In these times of troubles, we need to pray for those who have lost their lives in different ways and ways that they can rest in peace with Jesus Christ our Lord Almighty Father who love us all as brothers and sisters no matter what color or gender you are because He knows all about it he is just waiting on us so please say this prayer every night before going bed or any time during your day so that they will know that there is someone out there thinking about them even though they may not know it themselves . Please remember that this prayer does not replace anything else but rather compliments what has already been said about them in previous prayers so don’t be afraid if you don’t feel comfortable saying certain parts because that’s ok too! Also remember if someone has passed away recently consider sending some flowers instead as a way for others around you such as friends/family members etcetera , friends etcetera (sp?) maybe even coworkers too depending on how close was relationship between two individuals concerned; keep praying throughout entire process! Other options include lighting candles at church services held after death occurs , place flowers along side gravesite itself (these may vary depending on religion).
