Morning Prayer #1
Lord, thank you for waking me up this morning. I give you praise for another day to bring glory to your name and shame the enemy. I will put my full trust in you this day and not try to rely on my own abilities, for it is you that strengthens me.
Lord, please help me to keep my mind focused on what is true and right so that I can glorify your name through my actions today. Give me strength when temptation comes near, so that I may be like Jesus Christ who overcame all challenges by relying fully on his Father’s strength alone.
Father, thank you for waking me up this morning. I give you praise for another day to bring glory to your name and shame the enemy. I will put my full trust in you this day and not try to rely on my own abilities, for it is you that strengthens me.

- God is the giver of life. He created all things (Colossians 1:16-17). You gave him his body, soul and spirit when he was born into this world (Psalms 139:13-16). Your grace sustains him today as he steps out into a new day where he can worship and serve you with all his heart.*
- God is the creator of all things (Genesis 1:1). He made everything from dust; even angels are created by Him! We are grateful that our bodies were formed by You before birth so there would be no mistakes when we were born into this world.*
The Bible says in James 4:7 “Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” With every temptation comes opposition from Satan’s attacks but through prayer we can overcome these attacks because Jesus came down here on Earth as a human being so that we could have access through Him alone back into heaven where we belong as sons/daughters above!
Morning Prayer #2
Pray with me, then, that the God of peace will soon crush Satan under our feet. This is an important prayer because we must be careful to not get swayed by peer pressure or complacent in our work. We must also find satisfaction in doing what God wants us to do, even if it requires sacrifice on our part. Lord Jesus Christ, you have redeemed us through your blood and seated us at your table. May we guard our hearts against distractions and temptations from the enemy who seeks to destroy us (1 Peter 5:8). Even as we run this race until the end, may we stand firm in faith and love for you alone!
Lord, as I begin this day I pray that you would be with me each step of the way. Help me to make good choices in everything I do. Help me not to get swayed by peer pressure or complacency in my work. May I find satisfaction only in your will and in what you want me to do.

In Jesus’ name, amen!
Morning Prayer #3
If you want to pray, then do it. Prayer is a simple and powerful way to communicate with God, but it’s also one of the hardest things for people to do on a regular basis. The key to praying is just getting started—a little bit of effort goes a long way!
Praying in the morning can be helpful because it gives you something new to think about as you start your day. If you usually get up at 6 AM and have nothing else planned until 8 AM, that’s four hours where your mind has been empty of thought (except perhaps “where did my phone go?” or “why isn’t Alexa answering me right now?”). You could spend this time worrying about what happened yesterday or what might happen tomorrow instead of being grateful for everything around you now—but if you begin by praying in the morning, it will help focus your attention on what matters most: spending time with God and giving thanks for everything good in life!
The best time to pray is when there are no distractions around us so we can focus more clearly on God’s voice. For example: sometimes I’ll wake up early enough before sunrise so I can sit outside next door while watching birds fly around our yard–it’s peaceful because there aren’t any cars driving past yet (and if there are then they’re only going 20 mph anyway). Other times though I might stay up late after everyone else falls asleep so that way no one gets disturbed when both their parents start talking loudly about politics again—although depending on how loud their voices get then maybe not even those sleeping noises could wake them back up again…
Dear Lord, as I dive into a new day uncovering new challenges and opportunities, help me to guard my heart against every distraction and temptation of the enemy so that I can accomplish your purpose for my life today. Fill me with persistence so that I can run this race until the end.

I pray for strength in Jesus name!
