Welcome to the naming ceremony of our church. We are so happy to see you all here today. This is a special day for us because it represents the beginning of a new chapter in the life of our church. We are here today to name this church after a great man of God, RCCG founder T.B. Joshua. We want our children to know who he was, what he stood for and how he lived his life so that they can emulate him and follow his example. If we want our children to grow up with good character and strong values, they must know their roots—where they came from and why they exist at all—and they must be taught by example instead of just by words. Our children need role models whom they can look up to and emulate in order to become better people themselves.
