The Bible is a book that has been around for thousands of years. It is filled with stories and teachings. It also has many different parts, called books.

Each book has its own theme, characters and stories. Each book tells us something about God, who He is and what He did for us. The Bible also tells us how we can be saved from our sins by believing in Jesus Christ as our Savior.

The Bible is divided into two main parts: the Old Testament and the New Testament. The Old Testament contains 39 books written by Jewish people over a period of about 1,500 years; it records their history, laws and prophecies about Jesus Christ’s coming to earth as a man to save us from our sins. The New Testament contains 27 books written by Christian followers about their experiences with Jesus during His life on earth; it tells us how we can have fellowship with Him today through prayer and worshiping Him through His Word (the Bible).
