Dear Heavenly Father,
I come before You today, seeking peace of mind and heart. Sometimes life can be overwhelming, and my worries and anxieties can consume me. But I know that You are the Prince of Peace, and You can calm the storms within me.
Lord, I pray that You grant me the peace of mind and heart that surpasses all understanding. Fill me with Your perfect peace, which can guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

I come to you in need of peace of mind and heart. I am so full of anxiety right now that there are times when I feel like I can’t breathe. My chest feels tight, and my mind is racing with thoughts of all the things I need to do—and all the things that might go wrong if they don’t get done.
Please help me find peace, Lord. It’s so easy to get caught up in a cycle of worry, but I know it’s not good for me or for anyone else. Please help me stop this cycle and find true peace in my heart and mind again.

I know I’ve been struggling lately. It’s hard to think about anything else but the things that have been going on in my life. I feel like there’s no hope for a better future, and it feels like this is all there is for me.
But I want to ask you for peace of mind and heart. Please let me find some peace somewhere along the way. Let me know that everything will be okay, even if things don’t look great right now.
I know there are people who love me, but sometimes it feels like they aren’t enough to make me feel better. I’m asking you to send someone my way—someone who cares about me as much as they can. There are times when it feels like nobody cares about me at all, but that isn’t true! There are people who love me so much that they’ll do anything for me—even if it means putting themselves in danger just so we can be together again someday soon!
Please help me find those people soon—and please let them know how much their love means to me!

I am so grateful to be alive and breathing right now. I am thankful for the small joys in my life and the big ones too. I want to thank you for bringing me this far, and I ask that you continue to guide me through the rest of my journey.
I know that there are times when it feels like all I do is fight—with other people, with myself, and with my circumstances. And sometimes it seems like there is no end in sight—that this fight will never end and things will never get better. But then it does! Things do get better. And the only way they can do that is if I keep fighting, even when it feels like there’s no point anymore.
