spiritual warfare prayers to start the day
We pray that you would bless our day with your presence, and that we would be able to feel you with us all day long. We pray for all of the people in this world, and for those who have yet to meet the Lord. We pray that you would help them see the truth of who you are and what you have done for us all. We pray for those who are struggling today, and for those who might be tempted by sin. Guide them away from temptation, and bring them closer to you. We pray for those who are sick or hurting today, that you would heal them from their pain and make them whole again. Heal us as well as we go through these things together. Help us to share your love with others today so that they too may know peace like we do now. In Jesus’ Name we pray, Amen
Father, I thank you for this new day. Help me to see it as a chance to make a difference in the lives of others. Give me the strength to stand up for what is right and true, even in the face of adversity. Help me to be an example of your love by showing kindness to those around me and helping them when they’re in need. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Dear God, please give me the strength to face this day, and the courage to be who You created me to be. Help me to not let my fears or insecurities keep me from doing what is right.
Please bless all of my family members, friends and coworkers today. Give them wisdom and strength as they go about their daily lives. Give them peace in the midst of any challenges that come their way today.
Please protect those who are sick or suffering from illness today. Help them find comfort in knowing You are there with them during this difficult time in their life. May they feel Your love surrounding them as they go through their trials and tribulations throughout this day.
Give us all an opportunity to share Your love with others today!
Dear Father, we come before you today seeking your protection.
We know that there are spiritual battles that rage around us, and we ask for the armor of God to protect us from these attacks. We ask for a shield of faith to help us remain strong in our beliefs. We ask for the breastplate of righteousness to give us strength and understanding. And we ask for the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, so that we may be able to stand firm against those who would attack our hearts and minds.
We pray in Jesus’ name. Amen
Lord, I pray that you would help me to see myself as you see me. I know that my sins are many, but you have loved me in spite of them all. I pray that you would help me to love myself as you do. Help me to be more compassionate toward myself and others.
I pray for the ability to love those who have hurt me, as well as those who have hurt others. I pray for your forgiveness on their behalf and for your mercy on mine.
I pray for the wisdom to discern when it is time to forgive and when it is not. Please show me what it means to forgive someone who has betrayed me or caused harm in some way.
If there is someone in my life who shows no remorse or regret for their actions toward me, please give me the strength not to feel shame or anger toward them any longer. If they are unrepentant, please help them see themselves as you see them: broken sinners who need your grace just as much as anyone else does.
If there is someone in my life who has wronged another person or group of people but seems repentant now, please help him or her find peace and happiness after they
