Dear God, so many youths are addicted to drugs and alcohol. They believe that addiction is the path that has been laid out for them. But Lord, that is not true because you have great plans for them. Heavenly Father, your word says that blessed is the man that walks not in the counsel of the ungodly nor stands in the path of sinners. Lord, my son, has become friends with wicked people, and this has led him to become an addict of drugs and alcohol. He has strayed from the path that you have laid out for him and is walking in their evil ways. Father, remove all friends who introduced him to alcoholism and drugs from his life. Connect him with divine helpers that will influence him the right way and help him to become clean.
