This is a prayer that I am sending to the soldiers in Iraq. The soldiers in Iraq are fighting for our freedom and protection. Please pray for their safety.

We pray for the soldiers. We pray for their safety and protection. They are fighting to make sure that we have freedom, and that’s why it’s important to pray for them. They risk their lives every day, so that we can live in peace and freedom. Please help them with your strength and guidance as they fight this war against terrorism.

God bless all of the brave soldiers of this nation and help them stay safe and strong as they serve and protect our country with pride.

They witness death on a regular basis—sometimes it’s from a distance, sometimes it happens right before their eyes. They witness injury and death to other people as well.
And so many spend much time away from their families and friends, which can be hard on any relationship.

God bless my soldier friend as he stands watch over our nation at home, and abroad. May he always be safe from harm’s way, and may he know how much he is loved by his family, friends and his countrymen.

You are an inspiration to all of us who love you. We pray that God will keep you safe in His care while you serve Him on this earth.

Dear Lord, I ask today for a special prayer for my soldier friend who is away from home fighting to protect our country and freedoms so many take for granted. Please keep him safe and watch over him as he faces whatever dangers are ahead of him on the battlefield today or any other day to come.

Please also offer protection, comfort and peace to his family who may be worrying about him. Please help them understand that it’s a noble thing that he’s doing, fighting for freedom so others can continue to enjoy what we have without fear of harm or invasion by enemies who would stop at nothing less than total control over all people everywhere in order to make them puppets under their control.

Pray for his health, that he returns home with no injuries and can still do everything he needs to be able to do so we can live our lives together. Pray that God will guide his every step while serving overseas and make sure all precautions are taken in regards to his safety. Pray that God’s protection surrounds him at all times while defending this country’s freedom!

Prayer is more than asking for things. Sometimes people pray for things because they think God wants them to have those things—but often the answer isn’t yes or no; sometimes it’s wait on me. If there’s something specific you’re praying about today, set aside the question of whether or not it will happen—and instead focus on how your heart can change in response if your request isn’t granted as soon as possible!

As you pray this prayer for soldiers in battle, be sure to pray in Jesus’ name (the name above every other name). Also pray in faith; there is no doubt that you are praying against demonic forces that want nothing more than to destroy lives. Pray specifically for the protection of our soldiers abroad; we do not want any more casualties on our side!

I bind and bring to no effect all praying done on my behalf by others without my knowledge or permission. I break any soul ties with people I don’t want to be tied to because of those prayers and command that any connection be severed as if it never existed.

There are many ways you can use prayers to manipulate others. A common practice is to pray for a person and bind them, in order to cause that person to act in a certain way or behave according to your wishes. In other words, it’s a way of controlling someone else’s behavior through manipulation.

Another way of using prayers is for protection, which can be helpful for spiritual warfare against demons or other negative forces that want to hurt you. However, if you’re going into battle with God and you know that he will protect and deliver us from evil (Psalm 91:1), then why would we need protection? That’s right—we don’t! We are protected by Christ at all times (John 17:15). So why should we put ourselves under the power of these false gods when they cannot guarantee our safety?

I ask you Lord to protect every soldier who is fighting for our country at this time. May they have a special sense of Your presence with them as they face danger; a special awareness of Your presence as they try to determine right from wrong; a special knowledge of Your love for each one personally. Protect their minds from fear and stress; protect their bodies from injury and harm; keep them safe from their enemies; lead them safely home when their duty is over. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen
