A Prayer for Mother Dying from Cancer: This post is aimed at offering comfort and support through a difficult time in life.
Many times in my own life, I have experienced the peace that passes all understanding when I have drawn near to God in prayer.
Be worried about nothing, but in everything, through prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (NKJV).
Praying puts us in a position to experience God’s peace, which is beyond our comprehension. Prayer keeps my mind on the things that are dear to God, both in the happy times and the bad.

We pray for our mother [name] who is dying. We ask you to heal her body and give her peace.
Please bless all those who are caring for our mother now and have cared for her throughout her illness. Comfort them with your love so they may continue their work with your strength.

She is one of the most loving people I have ever known. She has always been there for me, and I know that she would do anything for me if she could. She is an example of how a person should live their life: with love, compassion and kindness.
Please help her to find peace in this time of pain and suffering. Give her the strength to accept what you have chosen for her and be at peace with your will. Let her remember all the good things she has done in her life so that she can know that she has not lived it in vain, but rather as an example of how all of us should live our lives—with love and kindness towards others.
I pray that you will be with her now as she passes from this world into your kingdom where we will be reunited someday soon when death no longer separates us from those we love most dearly on earth but rather brings us together once again as family forevermore.

My mother has been diagnosed with [disease]. She’s been in and out of the hospital for the past year with complications, but this time it’s different. This time she’s not getting better, and I just want her to get better.
Please hear me when I say that I know this is not your will, but please help me heal [name]’s body or mind or soul or whatever part of her needs it most right now.
