Prayer For Emotional Healing And Strength

Prayers for Emotional and Physical Healing

Dear God,

I come to you today in need of strength.

The stress and anxiety of life has been weighing on me, and I need your love and guidance to get through the day. I know that you are a God of miracles and that you will provide all that I need to help me get through this period of my life.

Help me to see the good in all things. Help me to be patient with others when they make mistakes or when they don’t understand what is going on with me. Help me to speak truthfully and openly with those around me so that they can understand what is going on inside of me.

I ask these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen

Dear God,

Please help me to heal from the emotional wounds I have suffered. Please give me strength and courage as I continue to move forward in life. Please help me find peace in my heart and mind as I learn to love myself and accept who I am.

Thank you for always being there for me, even when I feel like I don’t deserve it. Thank you for loving me unconditionally, even when others don’t or won’t.

Amen

Dear God,

I come before you today with an open heart and a willingness to heal. I know that my soul is hurting and that this pain is causing me to do things that are not in alignment with who I truly am. Please help me to find the courage to face my emotions, so that I may heal from this pain and live the life you intended for me.

I ask for strength to forgive those who have hurt or offended me, so that I can move forward in my life without carrying the burden of their actions on my shoulders. Please give me the courage to let go of anger and resentment toward others, so that I can forgive myself for any part in these situations. Give me compassion for those who have wronged me, so that I am able to pray for them instead of holding onto resentment toward them.

Please give me wisdom as I process these emotions and deal with their effects on my life, especially when it comes to decisions about relationships. Help me recognize where I’ve made poor choices based on emotional responses rather than rational thinking. Give me clarity about what needs changing in order for me to better understand myself and others around me so as not make hurtful mistakes again in future relationships

Dear God,

I come to you today in need of healing. I know that I have been through a lot of pain, and I am not sure what to do with it all. Please help me to go beyond the pain and find joy again. Please help me to be strong and resilient so that I can let go of the past and move forward into the future. Please give me peace, serenity and hope for my life as well as for those who are near and dear to me. Amen

Dear God,

Please help me to heal from the pain of my past. Please help me to feel strong and confident, like the woman you know I am. Help me to be brave and courageous in the face of fear. Help me to find peace and happiness with myself, others, and this world that you have created for us all. Amen

Prayer For Strength During Difficult Times

Father in Heaven, I’m lonely and hurt and my eyes are filling with tears and I can’t sleep because of it.

The pain in my heart is beyond description. Continual discomfort is something I have to live with.

I beg you to assist me because I am at my wit’s end.

I need you to show me that you’re concerned, to tell me you love me when I feel like giving up, to comfort me when I’m upset, and to encourage me when I don’t think I can go on.

When my emotions bring me low or when I feel hopeless, help me to trust in your ability to bring good out of the situation. Also, teach me to “Be still, and know that you are God” when words fail me and my mind goes blank.

Take away my pain, restore my health, and give me rest. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
