I pray that you will undo any knots in my life that have been tied by others or myself.

Dear Mother Mary,

From the knot of anxiety in my stomach to the knot on the table that’s keeping my chair from moving, I pray for your intercession. Please help me undo these knots and free myself from the anxiety and stress they cause.
I pray for all who suffer from knots, whether in their bodies or their lives. I ask for your help in undoing their knots and releasing them from their stress and anxiety.
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Oh blessed Mother, who didst come to the aid of thy beloved Son Jesus in His hour of bitter agony on the Cross, and didst request the disciple John who stood by Him to take a piece of Thy veil and bind about His sore wounded Head, hasten to help us at this hour when our hearts are so full of grief and anguish.
Hasten then oh holy Mother, our advocate before the throne of God and intercede for us that we may receive through this novena all the graces necessary for our spiritual and temporal welfare. To thee we have recourse from our hearts and we humbly beg thee not to refuse us what we seek.
Obtain for us from thy dear Son all the graces which we ask through thy intercession here below. We ask them in memory of thy sorrowful Passion and precious Death; in honor of thy Glorious Assumption into Heaven; in thanksgiving for all the favors thou hast bestowed upon those who have recourse to thee; in petition for those who do not yet know thee and desire to do so—in their name we pray:Virgin Most Pure! Virgin Most Powerful!
Oh Most Blessed Virgin Mary, Undoer of Knots, you know my heart and understand its every desire. You are the Mother of us all.
You know the many difficulties I am facing. Please intercede for me at the Throne of Grace on my behalf.
I beg you to ask your Divine Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, to grant me the grace of love – true love that bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things and endures all things in love.
