I want to start off by saying that I’m glad you’re here.

Whether you’re new to this faith journey, or if you’ve been following along for years, I’m so grateful that you’re here with me—and with Joyce Meyer.

Joyce is a woman who has been serving the Lord for over 40 years, and she’s been doing it with everything she has. She’s given her life to God, and she’s dedicated herself to reaching out and helping other people find peace in their lives.

Every day, Joyce shares a new devotional on social media—and every day, she gives us the tools we need to make it through whatever is happening right now. Whether we’re going through something difficult, or just feeling down about our jobs or relationships or what have you… Joyce will always be there to remind us that God is still in control.

About  joyce meyer daily devotional

Today’s devotion from Joyce Meyer:

“I have learned to trust the Lord with all my heart, and lean not on my own understanding; in all my ways I acknowledge Him, and He makes my paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6

The Lord has given us each a unique set of gifts, talents, and abilities. And He wants us to use them for His glory. He also wants us to be wise stewards of what He has given us. That means learning how to trust Him more than we trust ourselves. It’s so easy to believe our own opinions, opinions that may be based on past experiences or faulty reasoning. But if we’re going to live the life God intends for us, we need to get rid of those thoughts and replace them with His Word.

Sometimes it can be difficult to let go of our old ways of thinking—especially when they’re comfortable! But when we do let go of those things and replace them with what God says about us and how He feels about us, we will see change in our lives.
