Invitation letter to church service

We hereby cordially invite (name or names of people/group) to our church service on (day, date, time and venue).

We hereby cordially invite (name or names of people/group) to our church service on (day, date, time and venue).

Thank you for your invitation to our church service. We will be happy to attend your event.

As a church we are always looking for opportunities to grow in number and in the Word of God.

As a church we are always looking for opportunities to grow in number and in the Word of God. We welcome new members, as well as those who have never walked through our doors before. Our doors are open to all people regardless of age, race, gender identity or sexual orientation. Our goal is that everyone feels welcome and accepted here at this place of worship.

We believe that your attendance will be a great benefit to you because it will allow you an opportunity to share love and kindness with others as well as learn more about our faith through prayer.

Our services have been so successful over the past years that we have been able to expand from one service to three services every Sunday.

The first service will be at 8:30 AM, the second one at 10:30 AM, and the third one at 6:00 PM. The services have been so successful over the past years that we have been able to expand from one service to three services every Sunday.

This expansion allows us to reach a wider audience of people who need access to our church and its resources. We’ve found that by offering more services during various times on Sundays, we’re able to reach a greater number of people who are interested in what our church has to offer them!

We also provide childcare for infants and toddlers during these three services so that parents can attend without concern about their children’s well-being or happiness (or lack thereof).

Reach out today and invite friends and relatives to the next church service

Now that you have the invitation, it’s time to reach out. Do not be afraid to invite those who are not active churchgoers. They need to hear about the love of God and how he has a plan for their lives, just as much as you do!

You can begin by telling them what they can expect at our next service. If they have never been to church before, we recommend that they dress appropriately: women should wear dresses or skirts (no pants), men should wear slacks (no shorts) and shirts without profanity or violent images on them—a button-down shirt is perfect! It’s also important to mention what kinds of things will take place during this service—you can tell them that there will be singing songs from the Bible, followed by a message from one of our pastors or guest speakers who will talk about how God loves us unconditionally no matter what our past may look like. Afterward there will be an opportunity for questions and answers with coffee/tea served afterward in case anyone needs any refreshments after being at church all morning long!

Now after talking about all these wonderful things happening during our next service please let us know if there are any other questions we can answer for you! We hope that this information helps prepare those who aren’t familiar with what happens inside an evangelical Protestant church so when next week rolls around don’t forget – we’ll see then!”

short church invitation message

Inviting for the first time

This is the first time you’re inviting them to your church. Although they have subscribed to your list, they may or may not have thought about attending your church. So, show them what they can expect when they join you.

Hey, {first_name}! Today, we’d like to take the pleasure of inviting you to our church {church_name}. See how our members spend their time with us: {link}.

Inviting attendees again

This should happen a few days after your member’s first visit. This invitation aims to let them know that they’re a valued member of your church. Tell them you’re expecting them in your next mass and ask if they need to know anything in particular.

Hey, {first_name}. We’re blessed to have you with us. Please join us this Sunday for Christmas Eve, and let me know if there’s anything else you need to know.

Inviting inactive members back

If a member has been inactive, the first step to bringing them back is by letting them know they’re missed. At the same time, try and understand if everything is okay with them and ask if you can help out.

Hi, {first_name}! {pastor_name} here. We’ve missed you at {church_name}. I hope all is okay with you. Please let us know if you need anything; we’re here to help. Hope to see you soon.

Best practice: Have a conversation with them to understand why they stopped attending your church and address their problems before sending the invite. Add a question or response prompt to your text to ensure you move from a generic text to a conversation.

Inviting to Sunday prayer

You may have people among your contacts interested in joining a mass. Send them details regarding your Sunday prayer, such as the location, timings, and other relevant information.

We invite you to join us for the mass on {date} at {time}. Our church is located at {address}. We look forward to seeing you there!

Inviting to a special event

An invitation to a church program should be shared well ahead of your event day to increase the chances of them joining you. Along with sharing the event-specific details like the date, venue, location, etc., give them a clear picture of your event using a link or a video.

{church_name} is hosting a {event_name} this {date} at {venue}. We would love it if you could join us for the celebration. Here’s more: {link}

Inviting to a service

Some people from your contact list may be interested in one of your services. An invitation to church service could be a way to attract them to your church.

Hi, {first_name}. We have a free pet grooming service this Sunday at {location}. We hope to meet your furry friend 🙂
