Prayer For Eucharistic Adoration

Prayer for Eucharistic Adoration is the act of worship to the Holy Eucharist, performed by adorers. This beautiful prayer was composed by a Jesuit priest and deacon, Fr. Bansel. It begins with a reflection on the condescension of God and then moves to adoration. Prayer is a necessity for human beings and this prayer explains how we must worship God in every part of our lives. Prayer of adoration and thanksgiving was featured in this article.

Lord, Father, all-powerful and ever-living God, I thank You that You have fed me with the Precious Body and Blood of Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, even though I am a sinner and Your unprofitable servant, not because of my worthiness but in the kindness of Your mercy.
I ask that this Holy Communion bring me not judgment and damnation but mercy and release.
I pray that it serves as both a shield of hope and a helmet of faith.
I pray that it will cleanse me of my sinful tendencies and help me finally overcome them.
I pray that it will strengthen my capacity for love and kindness, teach me to be submissive and to obey authority, and help me to become a more patient and forgiving person.
I pray it will serve as an impenetrable shield against my material and ethereal foes and as an ideal balm for my physical and ethereal vices.
I pray that it brings me closer to you, the true God, and that it guides me smoothly through death to eternal joy in your presence.
I beg You to guide me, a sinner, to the feast prepared for Your saints, where You, along with Your Son and Holy Spirit, are the source of unending light, complete satisfaction, unending joy, and unending bliss. help us to see this through the eyes of Christ, our Lord. This article also highlights adoration prayers and reflections.

Prayer For Eucharistic Adoration

Pin on Catholic forever

O God, Who are all good and deserving of all praise, I beg you to grant me a true love of adoring the Sacred Host. I know that the Eucharist is Jesus Himself, true God and true man, whom you have made a visible symbol of your presence among us. Grant me the grace to adore this Sacrament with great fervor and love.

While meditating on the Passion of Christ, I humbly ask you to increase my faith in His real presence in this Sacrament.

I ask you also to bestow on me an intense desire for Communion and increase my love for the Blessed Virgin Mary and for those who are dear to me. Grant that when I receive the Eucharist I may be filled with joy, realizing that it is from this loving Heart that we receive everything we need for life in this world and eternal happiness in heaven. Amen

O Lord Jesus Christ, Who prayed in the garden of Gethsemane that the cup might pass from You, yet who submitted to its bitterness and death on the cross for me. I thank You for Your love. I thank You for Your sacrifice. I thank You that through Your sacrifice on the cross and Your resurrection, I am saved and forgiven.

I ask you to help me to love You even more than I do now. I ask you to help me to live my life so that it is an act of worship and adoration of You. May I always seek to emulate Your example of love, compassion, self-sacrifice, forgiveness, generosity, and humility—especially during times of trial or difficulty.

In this moment as I offer myself back up to You in Holy Communion, may my heart be filled with gratitude for all that You have done for me and may my mind be filled with wonder at how much more there is still left for us both in this life together!

Dear Lord,

You have given us the gift of your Son, Jesus Christ. You have given us the gift of his body and blood in the Eucharist. Thank you for this great and precious gift.

I pray that I may be worthy to receive your Son in Communion with love, devotion and adoration, that I may share in his suffering and death as he gave himself up for me on Calvary. Grant me also to receive Holy Communion worthily at every Mass, so as to become more united with you and with all your saints in heaven, especially Mary Immaculate who was privileged to carry your Son within her womb for nine months.

Grant that I may be strengthened by this food which nourishes my soul and makes it grow strong in virtue; may I be helped by it to resist temptation by following Christ’s example during his public life on earth; may I grow up into him who is our life (Colossians 1:4), so that one day we may all meet again at the banquet table of heaven where there will be no more separation because our hearts will all beat as one under the One True God!

Opening Prayer For Eucharistic Adoration

I adore you Jesus, true God, and true man, present in the holy Eucharist, kneeling before you and united in spirit with all the faithful on earth and all the saints in heaven. In gratitude for so great a blessing, I love you with all my heart, for you are worthy of all praise and adoration.

I offer this prayer for the intentions of the Holy Father, Pope Francis, and all those in the Church who serve him.

I offer this prayer for all people who have been baptized into Christ, that they may come to know him more intimately and be drawn ever closer to him.

I offer this prayer for those who are seeking God’s will for their lives, that they may find it and follow it joyfully.

I offer this prayer for all those who are suffering, that they may find comfort in God’s loving presence.

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Beloved Son as a living sacrifice, in atonement for my sins and those of the whole world.

On the night before He died, Jesus told His disciples that if they kept His word, they would never suffer hunger or thirst again (John 6:55). Jesus is our Lord and Savior. We believe in Him because He came to us in the flesh, lived among us as one of us, and suffered death on a cross so that we might have life eternal with Him. We believe that He rose from the dead on the third day. We believe that He is coming back again in glory to judge the living and dead.

We pray for faith so strong that nothing can shake it; hope so certain that nothing can destroy it; charity so pure that nothing can pollute it; peace so profound that nothing can disturb it; joy so great that no sadness can diminish it; love so deep that no distance can separate us from God!

In this holy hour I ask You to bless all those who are suffering now because of their faith in You or their love for You.

Father God, please hear our prayers for those who are sick or dying today—those who

As an old year passes and a new one comes,

we pray that your Holy Light will shine on all nations,

O God, Giver of all good, and Fountain of all mercies, in whom are all the springs of our life; all glory, thanks and praise be unto thee for thine unfailing goodness; for thy faithfulness which is from one generation to another; for thy mercies which are new every morning, fresh every moment, and more than we can number.

We thank thee for seedtime and harvest, and summer and winter, and nights and days throughout the year; for food and clothing’, and shelter; for health and reason; for childhood and age, youth and manhood; for thy fatherly hand ever upon us in sickness and in health, in joy and in sorrow, in life and in death; for friends, kindred, and benefactors; for home and country; for thy church and for thy gospel.

Yea, Lord, because there is nothing for which we may not bless and thank thee, therefore we do pay our vows now in the presence of all thy people, humbly beseeching thee to accept this our service, which we offer in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Lord of All Creation … Creator, Redeemer and Sustainer:

With Thanksgiving close upon us, we’re reminded again

of the gifts You have given us by Your grace and mercy:

children and grand-children,

parents, grandparents and family.

A place to call “home” and people to call “friends”

… and those who call us “friend’.

You give us life itself … as well as Eternal Life in Your Son. Jesus;

filling our days with labor and hope,

and our nights with rest and protection.

So, with grateful hearts we pray:

Lord in Your mercy – Hear our Prayer.

Lord—You are good and You are strong.

You are faithful and You are loving.

All that we have comes from Your hands:

Hands that …

hold us when we are weak,

heal us when we’re wounded,

protect us when we’re threatened,

guide us when we’re lost,

feed us when we are hungry,

work with us when we labor in Your kingdom.

So … we can with confidence trust all to Your hands.

Into You hands we place those we love and care about

who are ill or injured … in need of healing.

Into Your hands we give those who grieve and mourn.

Into Your hands we give those of us who have too little,

as well as those of us who have too much.

Into Your hands we surrender our nation—and pray for wisdom, courage, grace and compassion for our national and local leaders.

Into You hands we lay the desperate, the despondent and the depressed—

give them hope, Lord;

and then enable them to realize that hope.

In Your hands we entrust the church—

struggling to live the balance of grace and truth,

compassionate caring and convicting declaration.

Into You hands we surrender all.

All to You, Lord, we surrender;

all to You we freely give;

We will ever love and trust You,

in Your presence daily live.

We surrender all, we surrender all,

all to thee, our blessed Savior,

we surrender all.

All to You, Lord, we surrender;

Lord, we give ourselves to You;

worldly pleasures all forsaken;

take us, Jesus, take us now.

We surrender all, we surrender all,

all to thee, our blessed Savior,

we surrender all.

This we pray, in Your name, Jesus,

Richard Herman

God of the Ages

Our Deliverer and Provider

We bow in humility before your grace

You feed us with the divine

Your word

Your body

You quench our thirst with living water

A stream in the desert

You guide our feet through snares and snakes

You free us from slavery to sin and self and shame and death

You lead us the long way to holiness and home

Grow in us wholehearted allegiance

that our blessing and devotion may never waver

that we may always recognize and trust your desire to do us good

Adoration Prayers And Reflections

Please forgive me, O Christ,
For me, the presence of God in this Sacrament is undeniable.
You’re still here, being loving and compassionate, day and night.
Everyone who comes to see You is called, waited for, and welcomed.
Jesus, my Divine Redeemer, I praise You for coming to earth to save us and for giving us the Holy Eucharist as a way to keep You physically present with us always, even after the world ends.
Thank You for hiding Your infinite majesty and beauty, which Your Angels delight to behold, beneath the Eucharistic species so that I might have the confidence to approach the throne of Your mercy.
Christ, I praise You for taking on the role of the inestimable Victim so that I might be granted all the graces of heaven.
Get me to trust You more so that Your blessings can pour down on my spirit in ever-increasing measure.
To God be the glory for the immeasurable spiritual and material blessings He has bestowed upon me, and for Your sacrifice to honor Him, I am eternally grateful.
Please give me the strength to serve you faithfully.

Amen.
