Father, I pray that you would bless me and my family.
I pray that we will be blessed with good health, prosperity and happiness in all that we do.
May our children grow up to be responsible citizens who contribute to society. May they succeed in their chosen professions and be able to support themselves. May their spouses be loving and supportive of their goals, aspirations and dreams. May they have many children who are intelligent and healthy and contribute positively to society.
May my husband be successful in his chosen profession so that we can live comfortably in the house of our choice. May he always provide for the needs of the family members and others who depend on him for financial support.
May I be blessed with wisdom as I raise our children so that they will become productive members of society. May they mature into responsible adults who make positive contributions to their communities, as well as being good examples for others to follow.
May all of us enjoy good health so that we may live long lives together as a family, sharing love and happiness with each other every day!
Blessing Prayer For Myself
Introduction
God, I invite You to come into my life. I ask for wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of Your will for me. Let Your Word be alive in my heart. Help me to live a life that is pleasing to You. Bless me with Your Word and give me the strength to do what’s right in Your eyes. Make my heart more like Yours so that I can truly care about other people and their needs instead of just caring about myself. In Jesus’ name, Amen
Dear Lord, this is my day of new beginnings.
Dear Lord, this is my day of new beginnings.
I am asking for forgiveness for any mistakes or sins I have made in the past.
I am asking you to guide my thoughts and actions as I start this journey.
Thank you for all the blessings and gifts that you have given me, both big and small.
Bless me to have a strong and healthy will power.
Will power is a choice. We may not have the same amount of willpower as somebody else because of our genetics, or we could be working on developing it over time.
Will power is a skill that can be learned, practiced and improved upon through practice and discipline.
It’s important to understand that will power isn’t something you just have or don’t have; it’s more like a muscle that needs exercise in order to grow stronger.
Help me to overcome laziness and procrastination.
Laziness and procrastination are two of the most common problems that people face. It’s easy to convince yourself that you don’t have time for your goals, but how much time do we waste doing nothing?
In my own experience, laziness is a form of self-sabotage. When I’m not motivated or inspired to do something, I don’t make an effort to push myself into action. Procrastination is another form of self-sabotage because it’s an easy way out when you’re experiencing anxiety about something instead of confronting those fears head-on.
The best way to overcome laziness and procrastination is by getting productive in small ways every day—even if it means just taking five minutes out of your day before bedtime to practice mindfulness meditation or journaling about your thoughts so far today. Both these practices will train your mind towards being more productive as they become habits over time!
Keep me from being overly critical of myself or others.
- You are human. We all make mistakes and sometimes we don’t always do the best we could have. That’s okay! Keep in mind that everyone makes mistakes, so you’re not alone in this. If someone else makes a mistake, try to help them instead of focusing on their errors or trying to find ways they could have done better.
- Maybe you’ve been hurt by someone in the past, but that doesn’t mean that every person is out to hurt you now—or even ever again! Most people are kind and caring; it’s just important not to generalize based on past experiences or bad relationships with certain individuals (which can be hard). Give others a chance before judging them; who knows what interesting things might happen if you give someone else an opportunity?
Let me be patient and understanding with those who are difficult to deal with in my life.
But, you know what? You should be patient with yourself. You should be understanding of yourself. You should be patient with your loved ones and everyone else in your life—and they may feel the same way about you.
When we’re having a hard time being patient or understanding someone else, it’s easy to give up on them (or us) entirely. However, consider that if we are willing to do this for others, perhaps there is something more we can learn from those experiences that will help us become better people ourselves!
Please help me live each day in a way that pleases you.
Now you’re ready to pray for yourself. You might think this is too self-centered, but it’s not. God cares about what happens to each one of us individually and how we live our lives. He wants us to live in such a way that pleases him.
The Bible says, “For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; so that each one may receive what is due him for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad” (2 Corinthians 5:10). We will appear before God at some point in our lives and give an account of everything we did during our time here on earth—everything! It’s important that we do not waste time with unimportant things or make foolish choices that bring harm upon ourselves or others around us because these things will be brought up when God judges us.
It’s also important for us not only to focus on ourselves but also on others as well when praying for them because they are part of God’s creation just like you are…and He loves them just as much as He loves you! This doesn’t mean that every single person deserves praise from your mouth every time their name comes up…but it does mean thanking God when someone does something good (like helping another person) or apologizing when someone makes mistakes against another person (like lying).
Prayer should be an ongoing conversation between your heart and God’s heart where both parties listen intently while giving each other advice along the way…it should never feel like talking at someone who isn’t listening back!
Prayer is powerful, and this is one way you can pray for yourself in an honest way.
Prayer is powerful, and this is one way you can pray for yourself in an honest way.
Prayer can be a way to improve yourself. It’s a chance to show your loved ones how much they mean to you, and how much they’ve helped you grow as a person. It’s also one of the best ways out there to ask for help when things get tough, because there’s nothing wrong with asking for help!
You might be thinking about what kind of things are appropriate for prayer, or if it even makes sense at all that there could be something spiritual about this exercise (which is perfectly fine). Let me tell you: I think some people have been able to find solace in their own minds when contemplating their thoughts and feelings through prayer. Even though it might seem strange at first glance, I truly believe that anything goes here—there aren’t any rules dictating what kinds of things should go into our prayers!
Conclusion
I hope that you’ll take this prayer to heart and use it to speak to God about your concerns. The only way we can truly get through tough situations is by relying on his help, which means putting our faith in him. We all have struggles in life, but the good news is that there’s no need for us to go it alone because Jesus Christ has already overcome death! So when times get rough, remember this quote from Romans 8:31: “If God be for me, who can be against me?”
